Canceling membership

Open the authenticated dashboard, choose Manage billing, and cancel future renewals in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Eligible access continues through the paid-through date, and no later renewal should be charged.

Refunds and billing errors

Membership payments are generally not refunded after access is provided. This does not limit rights required by applicable law or review of duplicate or incorrect charges, fraud or unauthorized use, service non-delivery, or another required exception. Report a billing problem to support@popupdorm.com with the charge date and amount, but never send full card details.

Housing is separate

Canceling membership does not cancel a housing reservation. Housing cancellation, payment, refund, tax, fee, deposit, and no-show terms come from the identified reservation company and the property-specific booking agreement.

Garage Band Room housing cancellation

The current Lodgify policy for the Garage Band Room states: “All paid prepayments are non-refundable.” This is separate from membership cancellation and does not limit rights required by applicable law. Pop Up Dorms reservations are temporarily paused, so no reservation can currently be submitted through this website.
