Reservation company and contract
The company accepting and managing a reservation must be identified as [HOUSING RESERVATION COMPANY — OWNER TO CONFIRM] before any handoff is enabled. The housing contract is with that identified operator or host—not with the membership seller—unless an attorney-approved agreement expressly says otherwise.
Roles
Pop Up Dorms currently provides discovery and a referral link. It does not confirm availability, accept housing payment, create or modify a reservation, guarantee placement, or provide property operations. Lodgify supplies booking software and is not the property provider. These terms are distinct from the $25 membership Terms, and membership is not required to browse Student & Intern Housing.
Garage Band Room reference terms
The Garage Band Room currently has a $65 USD nightly base rate, a $45 cleaning fee per stay, no security deposit, a five-night configured minimum, and a 90-night maximum in Lodgify. The current property cancellation wording is: “All paid prepayments are non-refundable.” This does not limit rights required by applicable law. Pop Up Dorms reservations for this property remain temporarily paused; this reference does not create availability or a reservation.
Property-specific terms required before payment
The operator must disclose the exact property/unit, permitted guests, private and shared spaces, accessibility, price, fees, deposits, taxes, payment schedule, check-in, checkout, minimum and maximum stay, cancellation, refunds, no-shows, early departure, damage authorization, house rules, conduct, availability, substitutions, and complaint process. The operator’s current checkout and signed rental agreement control only after the guest receives them and affirmatively accepts them.

Reservation and property problems must go to the verified operator contact in the confirmation. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Taxes and legal terms
