Pop Up Dorms Membership Terms

Effective August 8, 2026 · Version membership-terms-2026-08-08-draft-1

1. Contracting party and contact

The membership seller is Courtesy of Culture, with notices directed to 1732 Pryor Rd, Atlanta, GA 30315. Support and legal-notice email: support@popupdorm.com. These Terms must not be published or used for payment until those facts are confirmed.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your authenticated account and must not share access or attempt to use another member’s billing or account information. [AGE AND GEOGRAPHIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIRE OWNER AND ATTORNEY CONFIRMATION.]

3. Current product

The $25 monthly membership provides a verified account, a protected dashboard showing subscription status and paid-through information, and access to clearly labeled Version 1 portal previews. It does not guarantee housing, placement, availability, approval, introductions, events, employment, community participation, or any particular result. Student & Intern Housing browsing is not a paid benefit.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

By affirmatively accepting these Terms and continuing to Stripe, you authorize a charge of exactly $25 USD when the subscription starts and every month thereafter until canceled. Renewal timing is based on the Stripe subscription billing date shown at checkout and in your account. Stripe processes payment-card information; this application stores Stripe identifiers and subscription state, not full card numbers.

5. Cancellation and access

Cancel future renewals through the authenticated Stripe Customer Portal from your dashboard. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, and eligible access normally continues through the paid-through date. Canceling membership does not cancel a separate housing reservation. See the Cancellation and Payment Policy.

6. Failed payments and refunds

A failed renewal changes the account to past due. The application currently uses a configurable grace period, documented with a default of three days, without extending already prepaid access. Access may be suspended after the applicable paid-through or grace date. Membership charges are generally not refunded after access is provided, subject to applicable law and review for duplicate or incorrect charges, fraud or unauthorized use, service non-delivery, and other legally required exceptions. Refund decisions require the confirmed seller’s support process.

7. Changes

Material price, service, or Terms changes should be communicated before taking effect. A price change must not be applied without any notice or consent required by law. [NOTICE PERIOD AND RECONSENT RULES REQUIRE ATTORNEY REVIEW.]

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape private member data, impersonate others, violate law, or infringe rights. Pop Up Dorms names, designs, copy, and software are protected to the extent owned or licensed by the contracting party. No ownership transfers to members.

9. Third parties and housing

Stripe provides payment technology. Authentication, hosting, and transactional-email providers support the service. Housing reservations are separate transactions governed by separate booking terms and the identified housing operator’s agreement. Lodgify is booking software and is not identified by this website as the housing provider.

10. Termination

The seller may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security threats, nonpayment, or unlawful use, subject to applicable law and any prepaid access rights. Members may cancel future renewals as described above.

11. Disclaimer, liability, governing law, and disputes

[ATTORNEY DRAFTING REQUIRED.] No warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing-law clause, arbitration clause, jury waiver, class-action waiver, venue, or formal dispute procedure is adopted by this draft. Jurisdiction is currently [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED].
