$25 per month. Planned features are not included until they are separately confirmed.

Immediately after payment

Stripe must first confirm a successful recurring payment. The application then creates or updates your member record, activates eligible access, and attempts to send a welcome email.

• A verified Pop Up Dorms™ account and member dashboard after Stripe confirms payment.
• Your membership status, paid-through date, and cancellation state. A Manage billing action is available only when the production Stripe Customer Portal is configured.
• A welcome email with the dashboard sign-in link, when production email delivery is configured.
• Access to the current Version 1 member portal and its clearly labeled previews.

First action: Sign in to the dashboard and confirm that your membership status is active.

Housing resources available today

• Browse the public Atlanta Housing Hub and filter the listings currently displayed.
• Review public listing information. Reservation handoff remains disabled until the legal operator, current availability, pricing, property rules, and booking terms are confirmed.

Important limitation: Membership does not guarantee housing, placement, availability, approval, pricing, or landlord acceptance. Pop Up Dorms™ does not process the housing reservation.

Events, community, support, and introductions

Events: No member event is currently confirmed in the repository.

Community spaces: No live member group, chapter, discussion space, or introduction service is currently confirmed in the repository.

Support: Human support ticketing is not connected yet. The Version 1 Concierge provides predefined local answers only, and its escalation control does not send a request.

Introductions: Introductions are not currently delivered. Any roommate, career, creator, or community connection shown in the portal is a labeled preview and does not send a request to another person.

No launch dates are promised.

Billing and cancellation

The membership renews monthly until canceled. Members can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal when production Portal configuration is available. Access remains through the applicable paid-through date. Membership payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. An approved full refund ends membership access.
